Upgrade ChartJS #2
Description
ChartJS needs to be upgraded. The latest version is 3.4.0 and this project is currently on 2.7.2 (2018). This means that the chartjs-plugin*.js files, hammer, and moment will likely need to be upgraded too. Could consider using the ones from the node repository instead of packaging these with the add-on
