More informative error instead of "chroot: failed to run command ‘/run/rugix/bakery/recipe/steps/01-install.sh’: Exec format error"

It took me some time to figure out that "chroot: failed to run command ‘/run/rugix/bakery/recipe/steps/01-install.sh’: Exec format error" means "you forgot to do 'docker run --privileged --rm tonistiigi/binfmt --install all' ".

Could you please add this as a suggestion to the error message?
