Caching proxy, e.g. apt package cache #4
Description
The layer cache is helpful, but while developing changes, i still have rebuild a lot of stuff.
Also, often i am on a bad/mobile connection, which makes the building even slower.
It would be great the have a caching proxy between bakery and the internet.
E.g. apt-cacher-ng or something more general, which persists packages from the internet next to the layer cache.
