Help needed for a confusing aspect of this app

I accidentally hit the eye symbol on the "apps" page for 3 apps.
Now I see that there's 3 less updates on the "updates" page.
I can't find anywhere that I can undo this, please advise.

Maybe there's a problem with the toggle try

Settings > Apps > ApkUpdater > Storage > Clear data
