Feature request: custom mcp commands

For example, I've installed time mcp server on mac github and this is command to start:

time-mcp-server --local-timezone Europe/London

I can't add it because mcp server should start with npx/uvx

Also I can't add mcp-proxy github, example command to run remote hosted mcp:

mcp-proxy http://example.io/sse
