[MAIN] Graph Improvements

This issue is a top level issue for graph improvements. Sub issues will be attached to this issue for each individual task. They should be clearly outlined so that beginners can approach them. Since the graph is not used as input for KMIR, there cannot be any correctness problems introduced from working with the graph so it is a good playground to start with. Also there is good graphical feedback for additions made so it is probably nice for beginners in that regard too.
