[Bug]: Integrate with filament-shield

What happened?

I tried to integrate with filament-shield, but when I checked it turns out that this permission does not exist so when I try to access the api, the permission error User does not have the right permissions appears.

When I disable use-spatie-permission-middleware this works Is the integeration with filament-shield perfectly correct?

How to reproduce the bug

1. Setup API
2. shield:setup with fresh
3. shield:install
4. shield:generate --all
