This run had the following two regressions:

[INFO] [stderr] 
[INFO] [stderr] Caused by:
[INFO] [stderr]   unable to get packages from source
[INFO] [stderr] 
[INFO] [stderr] Caused by:
[INFO] [stderr]   config.json not found in registry

Those should both be categorized as spurious.
