• for testing, try version 0.1.0 of the crate as 0.1.1 won't work because of my failed first attempt to fix the issue.
• I tried the steps at https://forge.rust-lang.org/docs-rs/add-dependencies.html first to submit a PR after testing it, but unfortunately the documentation there is out of date.

If you're sure the package contains what you need you can just create a PR that changes the package list.

$ docker build --tag build-env .

I installed docker-buildx and tried

$ docker buildx build --tag build-env .                                                                                                 11:53:23

 => => transferring dockerfile: 2B                                                                                                         0.0s

I have no idea how to use docker.

No worries. I merged it.

You can try a rebuild after the image is refreshed on the build servers, we update them every couple of hours.

I assume this issue is solved then, otherwise feel free to reopen.
