Implemented trait list when hovering on variable based on variable's static/defined struct type

Either a list or any kind of visualization would be really cool. I think this would help in statically analyzing code much more easily, and other use cases like developing a custom plugin would be much easier.

We show a list of notable traits. I feat showing every trait will be too much.
