The top 100 crates based on all time downloads

While the initiative seems reasonable and fair, the actual top 100 is highly polluted with some kind of "internal dependencies" which nobody uses directly.

For example:

• rand_chacha
• regex-automata
• unicode-ident
• thiserror-impl
• parking_lot_core
• block-buffer
• ppv-lite86
• percent-encoding
• unicode-width (maybe used, though)
• clap_lex

OS-specific crate that won't work in Playground:

• windows-sys
• windows_x86_64_msvc
• windows_x86_64_gnu
• windows_i686_msvc
• windows_aarch64_msvc
• windows_i686_gnu
• windows-targets

Which shows that 17 crates out of 100 are not really useful for the playground, and they all take ~20% of space for some more important libraries which are down the list. So, if we check further crates in top 150 which are on the third page, we could make room in the playground for the following (just for example):

• num_cpus
• rustc_version
• nix
• tinyvec
• nom
• env_logger
• ring
