This is not possible due to #526. We need to replace the relevant APIs in socket2 with void pointers before we can upgrade. |

Version of the
windows-sysdependency is updated to0.59, the motivation for this is to get thearm64ec-pc-windows-msvcbuild to work.Added a cast in the
unix_sockaddrfunction because theSOCKADDR_UNdefinition has changed,sun_pathmember is now[i8].
