Rename examples to ndk-examples

[Dependabot complains] that:

    the binary target name `examples` is forbidden, it conflicts with cargo's build directory names

And fails to provide dependency upgrades for Rust code.  Fix that by
renaming the folder and crate to `ndk-examples`.
