Release a new crate version

Hi @IsaacWoods @michaelmelanson . Our operating system project depends on this acpi library, and needs the newly added "Multiprocessor Wakeup Structure" feature to support Intel TDX boot. Although the feature has been merged(#225), there is no new acpi crate version released, so our project cannot introduce the feature and release it (it cannot be released in the form of a github link, but must provide a fixed crates.io version number), which affects the progress of our project. Could you release a new acpi crate version (v5.1.1 or v5.1.2) to solve this problem? Thank you.

I've published acpi v5.2.0.

Apologies for the delay in responding to you. As you were hopefully prompted by my GH status, I'm currently in a busy exam period. I also have a large ongoing refactor locally As acpi is now >1.0.0, which is unfortunate in hindsight but is what it is, it is more difficult to publish releases that respect semver without more planning than a pre-1.0 crate.

I should have more availability soon, and will try to keep releases more regular.
