refactor: optimize tests and benchmarks, satisfy lintall
- bench: Removed deprecated `Vecx` benchmarks. - bench: Added batch write benchmark for `Mapx`. - fix: Resolved `clippy::manual_is_multiple_of` in `RocksEngine`. - fix: Fixed `slot_db` dereference error in tests. - docs: Updated `OPTIMIZATION_SUMMARY.md` with safety details. - passed: `make lintall`.
