Sync Meeting Videoconferencing App

With this poll we decide what conferencing app to use for the rust-vmm sync meeting.

For the past years we've been using Chime for the rust-vmm sync meeting. Chime recently added a change by which people need to be explicitly allowed to enter the meeting while the meeting is ongoing. This is inconvenient and we didn't find a way to disable it.

Requirements:

• possibility to use it from the browser; we shouldn't force people to install (yet another) app for the rust-vmm sync meeting
• support for Linux/Mac/Windows
• share screen capabilities
• FOSS
• automatic captioning accessibility feature
• (Optional): scheduling/calendar functionality

As of 2023-01-30 the winner is OpenDev's Jitsi Meet with 66% of the votes from 6 votes. Next step is resending an invitation using this app instead of Chime.
