Fix leaks in dependents

I made a mistake regarding destruction of the layer, see #32.

After that lands and is released as v1.2.0, I need to also file PRs to fix this in dependents of raw-window-metal:

• vulkano: TODO
• i-slint-renderer-skia: TODO
• vulkanite: TODO
• skia-graphics-rs: TODO
• wgpu: Remove layer from superlayer in Drop if needed gfx-rs/wgpu#9023
• ash: ash-window: Update raw-window-metal to v1.0 ash-rs/ash#939 (PR needs to be updated)
