https://github.com/rustdesk/rustdesk/wiki/FAQ#concurrent-connections Our definition of concurrent connections is the same to TeamViewer (they call it channel) and AnyDesk. |

I appreciate the answer but would be very helpful if you could provide me an answer for these two specific questions. In a scenario with 10 helpdesk users, each one needs to perform connections to customers at the same time. Agent A connects to customer B, and agent C connects to customer D. Please note, agent A is not connected to the customer that agent C is connected to! This will happen for all agents! So, among 10 agents they need to be all connected at the same time to at least one different customer. How many concurrent connections do I need? 1 or 10? This is not clear to me :( Also, how can a non-administrator user enable/disable a device? I have a device assigned to a user that has not administrator role. The user can see the device on the browse device list of web console but no enable/disable option exist. This is problematic because if a device is assigned to a user why would the user need to be admin to manage its enabled state? Thanks! |

Only admin can. |

This seems making sense, but we do not have this feature yet, you are also the first user asking for this. Anyway, you can ask for a feature request in another discussion, we will see if it is a common request then decide if should work on it. |

I didn't understand the real meaning of "concurrent connections" in the context of this licence v2.
In a scenario with 10 users, how many remote connections can a user establish at the same time? If the spinbox marked with blue in the image attached below gets the value of 2, will each of the 10 users be able to establish 2 out remote connections at the same time?
What is the difference between a concurrent session and a concurrent connection? Red box and green box suggest opposite claims, in my opinion.
Can you please clarify this to me? Also, is the upgrade from a basic pro -> customized V2 possible?
Thanks!
