Custom clients marking and client authorization in console

HI,
I create many clients for using in different purposes and of course I need to manage them. Information about client version for example 1.4.4 is for me only part what I need so cause of lacking other ways I add notes to Every client but:

1. It can be easily overwritten from console even by mistake.
2. I can’t search using Note or manage computers using information in Notes.
3. Notes are useful for other purposes, and I want to use them independently.

May I ask about possibility to mark custom clients? Something I can add when I create new client version and is always shown in devices, without any chance to manual change or overwrite.
I think option to create authorization client version (and ofc removing this authorization when necessary), would be great security advancement.
I think it should that I can authorize client version in server console and also choose if I want to give access for other clients (like standard clients from the website or generated by someone else). Now I need to additionally use programs to monitor and manage.
For me, even seeing in management console computers with client versions I don’t recognize, is wasting additional time, so computer with client version without authorization should not be able even to connect to server (but ofc for other it should be possible when they decide like this).
There is also another problem I found. I see client program installed on the computer with manual settings for my server and I don’t see even this computer connected in console. As I checked service is not started so computer is not show in the console but someone who have login and password still can login and get access to devices. I know 2FA gives a lot for security and prevents many unauthorized access attempts but still I’d like to make sure - all devices able to access my server are shown in console from authorized client versions.
