Summary

Awesome tutorial, but as a noob w/ both wasm and rust, I can't seem to get it to work in 2024; Changing the pre tag to a canvas element didn't work, as the memory export wasnt being recognized .

The tutorial itself is out of date.
Try import {memory} from "wasm-game-of-life/wasm_game_of_life_bg.wasm";, this worked for me.
