[Bug]: bp new rusty-ferris-club/rust-starter my-project NOT WORKING

What happened?

A bug happened!
The command you list in README
bp new rusty-ferris-club/rust-starter my-project is not working I get this error:

` bp new rusty-ferris-club/rust-starter my-project
error: Found argument 'my-project' which wasn't expected, or isn't valid in this context

USAGE:
bp [OPTIONS] [ARGS] [SUBCOMMAND]

For more information try --help`

I even tried to make sure I'm on stable rustup, and my env is ok. not sure why I can't scaffold a cli proj.

Steps to produce this issue.

1.  brew tap rusty-ferris-club/tap && brew install backpack
2. bp new rusty-ferris-club/rust-starter my-project
