Weights tab do not appear unless an admin says that wants to use that feature. In that sense we should store on the structure of the heuristic study if it is using weights or not.

We can use a boolean for that.

To save and handles that variables we should modify the "Settings" tab. Instead of having just an upload and download fields, we must add this new configuration.
