Struggling with timed events (double,held etc)

Ive got keyd up and running but i just cant figure out double taps and the advanced timing stuff. For example:

double tap right mouse quickly button triggers R -> single tap keeps the native behavior (zoom scope)

double tap (or held) mouse1 button triggers Tab-> single tap keeps the native behavior (sprint)

double tap e key triggers x -> single tap keeps the native behavior (e)

Hold mouse1 and right mouse button together trigger F5

If anyone could help out, would really appreciate it. I did try the AI's but they sent down a rabbit hole.
