Issue writing data memory

I have issue with flashing OTGW 5.2. 
 .\PicProgHost -p COM3 --erase --burn -i gateway.hex --force-calibration

Initializing programmer ...
Device pic16f88, program memory: 4096 words, data memory: 256 bytes.
Erasing and removing code protection.
Burning program memory, 3991 locations,
burning data memory,Write to device failed
