[BUG] "Content" fields of action parameters don't accept German umlauts (ä, ö, ...) #79
Description
The "Content" field of an action parameter in the SBF (e.g. submissionSucceeded and submissionFailed) holds what the bot says after the action has been performed.
The field doesn't like umlauts. In a test, i put "Äh. Hier ist deine Auswertung." This is what the bot said:
The same happens with other umlauts.
