Feature request: Magic Mouse option for "Click with two touches" -> "Left and Middle Click" action

I see "Click with two touches" on the Magic Mouse can map to a "Left and Right Click" action.  Could you please add "Left and Middle Click" as an option?  I expect this would be straightforward, and it is necessary for [panning in Sketchup Pro](https://help.sketchup.com/en/sketchup/using-your-mouse).
