Snap areas & Snap Panel not always working in MS Teams

Snap Areas & Snap Panel work fine in all apps, except for MS Teams.
It'll work when opening MS Teams, but stops working correctly shortly after.
It remains functional in other apps and usually when snapping another window, MS Teams will briefly snap as expected.
Keyboard Shortcuts remain functional.

Teams tends to have issues with the macOS Accessibility API, but I have a workaround that I'll try for the coming release. Thanks!

I'm not actually sure what Teams is doing here, and I wasn't able to reproduce this, but I added a small potential fix and bit of logging in this version to see if we at least can match up the window properly:
