Double-click to maximize is triggered by browser tabs

Rectangle Pro version: 3.65.4

When creating or closing multiple browser tabs in Chrome or Brave, the double-click behavior is triggered

I just got Rectangle Pro, so not sure if this is a recent regression. I do see it was reported as closed in the issue below:

I'm not a Chrome/Brave user, so I can't attest to when this stopped working. From what I can tell Chrome/Brave does not communicate what a click lands on so Rectangle Pro has no way of knowing if it's a click on the close button or not. This is potentially unfixable without changes from the Chrome team.

@rxhanson Would it be possible to control the double-click sensitivity (maybe even per target-app)?
