Fanboy's Annoyances list "back2top" breaks "thank you" button (or any other element added to viewtopic_body_postrow_back2top_*) on phpBB

As reported here, TurboLab.it "Thank you" button is unavailable when Fanboy's Annoyances list is in use. This is due to the back2top rule being applied to phpBB. Being more specific, and block ".back2top > .top" would still be effective, but respect all the other elements added in the same area.
