ANZ has a 32 char limit for passwords

I have no idea when they implemented this, but according to the ANZ Electronic Banking Conditions, password lengths have to be ∈{n∈ℤ|8 ⩽ n ⩽ 32}. It's on the 4th page. This is very sad.
