Hi, first of all, thank you for the website, it is very very handy!
That being said, the current state of banks in NZ is depressing.
I am unable to use a proper authenticator app, or my Yubikey - my phone barely receives SMS where I live.
I am considering moving my banking to Wise (and lose whatever protections I have with a NZ bank) in order to use the much more modern 2FA & API options they have.
I don't expect any response, just adding my frustrations into the ether.
