Drag outline is missing #16

Description
When you drag a slot or select a slot on console, the outline to indicate the slot if selected is missing.
Expected behavior
When I drag a slot, there is supposed to be an outline.
Actual behavior
When I drag a slot, there no outline.
Steps to reproduce
- Open inventory
- Drag a slot
- See that no outline occurs
