Day 10: npm + GitHub Action distribution push for AccessScore #50

Description

Context

Day 10. $0 revenue. 5 expired Stripe checkout sessions. 2 pages indexed (dashboard + AccessScore).

AccessScore is indexed and crawled daily — our first product in Google. But ranking takes time and we have zero social channels.

Hypothesis

Publishing AccessScore as an npm CLI tool and GitHub Action puts it directly in marketplaces with built-in discovery (npm search, GitHub Marketplace). These are distribution channels, not more products. Each install drives awareness to the paid web report.

Plan

  1. Build AccessScore npm CLI (free scan, upsell full report)
  2. Publish to npm registry
  3. Build AccessScore GitHub Action (accessibility check on PRs)
  4. Publish to GitHub Marketplace
  5. Add 3-5 SEO pages to AccessScore (target "website accessibility checker" keywords)
  6. Cross-link from dashboard + PolicyForge to AccessScore
  7. Update all CLAUDE.md files

Success Signal

  • npm package published and searchable
  • GitHub Action listed in Marketplace
  • First npm install from a real user
  • First GitHub Action usage

Failure Signal

  • npm/GitHub block publishing (unlikely)
  • Zero installs after 48 hours
