Do you know how to resolve the following message?

It only happens in the JupyterLab/Notebook, but not in the terminal.

Ok, I think it is due to pexepct. On L69 in https://github.com/rz839/Macaulay2-Jupyter-Kernel/blob/master/m2_kernel/kernel.py

def __init__(self, execpath=pexpect.which('M2'), timeout=4, configpath=None):

Here, timeout= 4 limits the computation time in my case.
