SWPROT-8953: docs: Adjust web page to redirect to zpc

Note, to avoid losing content the legacy unify doc, is still there, it will be reported deprecated in following commit and deduplicated on future release (since some parts are still mentioning about z-wave, it remains for hints) Files could be relocated soon or later, it will be a smooth transition to accompany existing users.
