mime-type file lost

I found that in some cases, the mime-type file does not exist (not sure if it is caused by a save failure or some other situation), which will cause image-cache-rs to return an access failure, and the error message is as follows:
ERROR freshrss_image_cache_service_rs::http_error: error=No such file or directory (os error 2)
