What about adding your very good motion detection to https://github.com/jameszah/ESP32-CAM-Video-Telegram/blob/main/v9.6/ESP32-CAM-Video-Telegram_9.6/ESP32-CAM-Video-Telegram_9.6.ino It send video of more than 3mb to telegram, but it missed a good motion detection like yours !
