Spartacus demo links

https://spartacus.s9y.org/index.php?mode=template_all has links to demo the theme on https://blog.s9y.org/. Those links have no effect, for me at least. 

It's possible that the template switcher plugin just needs to be re-activated, but for that we should test elsewhere that it really works. 

This might not be a real s9y bug, but needed an issue to track anyway.
