Fix script directory and other submission issues in CPRynner #35
Description
Current attempts to run jobs with RunOnCluster return errors with libsubmit, specifically an "inaccessible remote script dir". Need to find where to specify script directories in CPRynner, which handles cluster communication from RunOnCluster.
Additionally, the job names from the generated run scripts are currently incomprehensible long strings. Understanding where these are generated will be useful for fixing other pathing issues.
