Test functionality of CellProfiler 4.2.1 on SUNBIRD #36
Description
Need to be able to run CellProfiler 4.2.1 on the cluster, as current development for RunOnCluster and ClusterView is targeted at 4.2.1 and pipeline inconsistencies will likely add more errors than we would like. CP4 is not currently installed as a full-fledged module on SUNBIRD, so will need to test using Tom Pritchard's container, or failing that an installation in our home directory.
