Optimize CLAUDE.md: 55% token reduction while preserving clarity

Reduced file from 870 lines to 387 lines (483 lines removed) through:

Phase 1 (Quick Wins):
- Remove Motion One API duplication (365→40 lines) - link to motion.dev instead
- Consolidate redundant tone examples to comparison table (110→25 lines)
- Add project overview section for immediate context (5 lines)

Phase 2 (Structural Improvements):
- Merge duplicate design system sections into single source of truth
- Condense pattern component docs (75→20 lines) - details in component files
- Create animation decision tree to replace scattered rules

Improvements:
✓ 55.5% token efficiency gain
✓ Clear information hierarchy (Overview→Philosophy→System→Rules)
✓ Reduced maintenance burden (removed third-party API docs)
✓ Priority markers in checklists (BLOCKING/REQUIRED/RECOMMENDED)
✓ All project-specific rules and Egyptian design system preserved

Pattern: Link to official docs (motion.dev, Astrobook) instead of duplicating
