Description: Upload bandwith limit did not work for me
Well looks like the upload limit is not working. I did try to restart after having configured it and I was saturating my upload bandwith at 25 MB instead of the 10 MB configured.
Just to let you know. For me, I did just configure a QoS rules that limit the upload to Google at 10MB in my firewall as workaround,
