Remove files from autogen directory

.gitignore contains src/autogen/**/*.mdx that means table files in autogen directory should be removed. This is handled in PR #348 after renaming files as per #349.

edit: nevermind, I see now that they are committed in version control on main. That wasn't clear from the OP. I thought you wanted to completely remove the auto-generation logic and move them somewhere else.
