Why are we still keeping diagrams in this repository?

I think that the DIAGRAMS should all be moved to the docs. There's no point in maintaining two documentations for Flow.

Docs already have these diagrams:

1. Statuses diagram and Function calls are here and here.
2. Rest of the diagrams are here.

I am in favour of removing these from docs. I am also in favour of removing TECHNICAL-DOC from the Flow repo since those details are also included in the docs. The only content thats not in docs is Defining rps as 18-decimal fixed point number but I am not sure if its helpful anymore.

However, we should keep the Invariants section but move it into a new README.md within tests/invariant directory.

Agree. I will let you decide if you want to keep that RPS definition — maybe we can move it to the wikis?

Wait, are you saying to remove the diagrams completely from both the repo and the docs?
I agree we can remove them from this repo, but I would definitely keep them in the docs.

I believe it's a very useful example — IMO, examples are the best way to understand something precisely.
