Why do we index only Flow v1.0 and not also Flow v1.1 in the Envio indexer?

Alright. I thought for a second that you were using a sort of initializer system, but I saw in the Lockup indexer that all versions were defined.

Anyway. Does this mean that if the app fallbacks to Envio for Flow streams, they may not see their streams?

Not sure how often that fallback happens. But if it's something that happens frequently, I suggest applying the fix before my PR is merged.
