Do we need the start_block for Envio?

Yes, we are using it. Nice that we don't need it, but from what he said there, having it still counts as an improvement.

Based on my reading of what they said, in practice it doesn't matter if we provide a start block or not.

However, it's fine to keep it because in The Graph, the block numbers are helpful, and we already have the data. I've spent half a day obtaining the block numbers for all of our contracts (across all protocols and all chains). Including it doesn't cost us anything now, especially after #92 is merged.

As per Dmitry's response in that thread, yes, we should continue setting the start_block in the Envio configs if we plan to use Envio for RPC-only chains (with no HyperSync support).
