Assistance installing fixarr on OSX Sequoia 15.3.2 - getting the following error

Pretty sure I followed the instructions, but I'm getting the following error and was wondering if you can assist?

python3 fixarr.py
/Library/Developer/CommandLineTools/usr/bin/python3: can't open file '/Users/jeffmason/Library/Python/3.9/bin/fixarr.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

Check if fixarr.py really exists at the location you’re running it from.
