Create survivor profile journal/crew UI

Create a journal or crew UI within the game that displays the persistent survivor roster across scenarios. The UI should allow players to view the current alive and dead survivor profiles (including their ids and names). The MVP can be simple: a scrollable list showing survivor names and their status. Future enhancements (stats, relationships, visuals) can be tracked by follow-up issues.
