Hi,
There is an issue in ImmuneDynamics/Spectre#169 that related to the following line

FlowSOM/R/0_FlowSOM.R

Line 269 in ec21465

if(sampleWithReplacement & (nrow(f) < cFile)){

I think the & should be replaced by &&.
Maybe the rest of the code should be checked to ensure the correct usage of & and && as R is now less lazy about it.
