feat: Support choose offchain or onchain events

# Description
As developer I would like to have to choose to receive just the offchain events or the onchain events. 

# Implementation
To achieve the goal we would refactor the current events to a more granular events, instead to have group of events, we will permit to chose event by event, at this way the developer can choose just the offchain or onchain events that they want.
